All items are considered final sale, except for size exchanges on suits and shirts.

If you need a different size for a suit or shirt, you may request an exchange
within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are limited to size
adjustments only and cannot be swapped for a different style or color.



If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

Provide photographic evidence and proof of purchase.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and claims.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

For approved claims of damaged items, AIDA Studio will cover the return shipping.
